Sorry about the blurry image! This card was a challenge. I stamped and embossed (silver embossing powder) the focal on some shiny blue paper that came from a swap (HOTP paper). Then I had a REAL challenge finding paper to go with it! I finally settled for a blue/silver/white theme using this lovely blue and silver piece from my stash for the background. The silver papers are glimmer papers. The white ribbon with silver trim was some I got on sale at Christmas time. I love it on top of the border of the darker blue.
