Pergamano Thank You

This is another card that was made for a NCD Challenge on the Paper Wishes Message Board.  The challenge was to use some older techniques (embossing without an embossing folder, for example).

Here's what I did:

1) Embossed the design on a square piece of parchment using a stylus - then colored parts of it with a marker.
2) Cut a white frame for it using a craft knife (this is where I REALLY missed using dies!!!)
3) Cut a hole in the card front to match the frame - then using a stylus and score board, I embossed the front of the card with diagonal lines.
4) Glued the frame to the finished parchment & then glued in place over the hole on the card front.
5) Added a pergamano butterfly - hand embossed & cut out with scissors.
6) Added a sentiment.  For some reason they let us use cutting dies for the sentiment.  That made it much easier! :)
