Please let me hear from you!

This blog is for sharing a love of paper crafting. I love paper crafting -
and Stampin' Up! products in particular -
so much so, that I became an independent Stampin' Up!®™ demonstrator earlier this year!
Full disclosure: I get a small commission on purchases made using links from this website - but this in no way affects your price. It just serves to help support this blog. Thank you in advance for that support!

Enjoy browsing my blog, and I'd love to hear from you.
It is what helps make the time I put into this blog feel worthwhile, and always brightens my day.

USE IT!!!!

Today's card actually started with the INSIDE:

I purchased a die that made this pop-up "Thinking of You" panel (Thinking of You Pop-Up Sentiments by Tonic Studios) in March of 2017, and promptly die cut this panel from beautiful Mirri Board - and then never used it!  I found it in my stash today and decided it had been sitting there long enough!  I went looking for some patterned paper to go with it and found these scraps from scrapbook pages made in 2010!  I found the tag & butterfly that had adhesive on it but was sitting in my stash - so either I planned to use them but didn't, or I scavenged them from a card I received.  Either way, they've just been sitting in my stash for way too long!  I decided to put them all together to make this card.

As you can see, on the inside I simply put strips of patterned paper on either side of the die cut panel - and added the butterfly.

I added a few more elements to the outside (top of post).  After adhering the striped paper to the bottom of the card front and adding the tag, I added a sticker greeting in the top right corner and sticker hearts in the bottom left.  I didn't think the lacy sticker hearts showed up well enough on this paper, so went looking through my stash and found these turquoise rhinestone hearts which I thought went very well.
