Title Tips Part 14 - Printed with Crystal Lacquer













These pages take the last title tip one farther.  The title is printed on the background photos. Then Crystal Lacquer is applied to the letters in the title.  It is a great technique for a layout about a glass-bottomed boat.  (The background papers are actually photos I printed with my wide-body printer.)
