2 Sympathy Cards

Today I have a couple of simple sympathy cards I made using some freebie prints for the main background of the cards.

Card #1 (above): To the lovely background, I added 3 deer created using stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creations (Woodsy Critters set).  They came in a set of three cut together with grass - I fussy cut them apart and added them as you see here.  The greeting was die cut using a With Sympathy die from Creative Expressions.  I inked it with a brownish color, but then it blended into the background too much so I traced around the die and fussy cut a mat for it from some cream colored card stock.

Card #2:

Once again, the card is pretty simple.  Once I added the background to the card, I added some little bits to the background - this time it's birds created from the stamps & dies sets called Woodsy Treescapes (from Heartfelt Creations).  I also stamped a sentiment using a no-name sympathy stamp set I have in my stash.
