The page started with a paper napkin - see here for preparation technique. Other than the napkin, this layout is pretty simple. I used a plain brown sheet of 12 x 12 card stock, some black card stock, and some washi tape. The journaling was printed onto a piece of napkin (print first on paper, then tape napkin over print with removable tape, then run through printer again).
