Window Box Challenge

For the last several days, I've posted cards made for various challenges on the Paper Wishes Message Board - most were done for World Cardmaking Day.  Here's another one.  The requirements for this challenge were:
  • 5" x 6 1/2" card with at least one each of the following:
  • 1" x 3" rectangle
  • 2" x 6" rectangle
  • 3.5" circle
  • and 2" square
As you can see, I ran ribbon across the 2" x 6" piece and put my sentiment on the 2" square (the Happy Birthday" is a piece of confetti, the "celebrate" is stamped, both are on a white die cut piece). The 3.5" circle backs the square.  I wish I had put the square more inside that circle.  I placed it as I did so the sun on the patterned paper is visible, but it just doesn't show well enough - even though I added Stickles!  The 1" x 3" piece has 3 circular die-cut pieces that were stenciled and then had jewel dazzles placed in the center. A ribbon and a few more jewel Dazzles in the upper right corner complete the card.

Wonderful Cheryl! That was my favorite card to make of all the challenges. I get really frustrated when I spend the time to carefully place an element and the effect is lost because of photography - I feel your pain!
