Papier Tole

This card was designed as a wedding or anniversary card.  The focal is a foil papier tole from Paper Wishes - who also sell the background paper.  An embossed white card stock (embossing folder run through my Big Shot) forms a contrast to the papier tole focal. The border is a Peel-Off outline sticker and the sentiment is a Dazzles sticker.
