Gelatos Background


Here's a third background card - this time made with gelatos.

CARD FRONT:
  • Background - This background was created by scribbling gelatos on card stock and blending them with a baby wipe.   This was overlayed by a black card stock die cut (Banana Leaf by Spellbinders - trimmed a bit on each edge so there was a narrow white border).
  • Sentiment - stamped & heat embossed in black with a decorative frame stamp from Because I Care stamp set (JustRite) & die cut with matching die from Fancy Tags Two (Spellbinders).  "Thanks" is from Leaves Small Stamp (HOTP). Colored with gelatos like the background, with the addition of purple Smooch ink.  This was matted on black card stock & added to the card stock with a piece from an adhesive foam sheet.
  • Embellishing - Butterfly from dollar store
INSIDE: an additional piece of the background was matted on black card stock and embellished with a dollar store butterfly.
