Meowy Christmas

Today I've got a quick card inspired by freebie tags from The Navage Patch.  I thought this little cat & sentiment were so cute!  Together they made up a tag, but I cut them apart to make the card.

In addition to the tag, I used:
  • Papers from "Home for Christmas" Paper pad (Pebbles)
  • Border & Jewel Dazzles (HOTP)
  • Red and white card stock from my stash
I made the card for a "make an inverted center step card" challenge.  I decided to make my center step card as a two . . . or rather three-piece card, rather than messing with cutting slits in my card base.   I cut two pieces that were 10 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide - scored them both at 5".  The third piece was cut at 6 1/2" x 10" and scored at 1 1/2", 3", and 6 1/2".  For more details on making step cards this way, see my earlier post - here.

Here's the way I decorated the inside of this card:
