A Very Merry Christmas - Robin Redbreast

Continuing with our Hunkydory "A Very Merry Christmas" set -  next up we have Robin Redbreast set.  This first card is SOOO pretty in real life!  It starts with an image from the Little Book.  This is matted onto an embossed piece of translucent gold paper, before being added to the card front.  A second of the same image was adhered to card stock and some of the parts fussy cut and added with foam tape for dimension in the image.  The sentiment is from the "Little Book of Essential Christmas Greetings 2016".

Strips of coordinating paper are added for borders on the inside, and finished off with some gold Dazzles border stickers (HOTP).

Next is a tall card - with the front covered with part of one of the coordinating papers.  A "scrap border" was added to the top & a sentiment on foam tape finishes the front of this card.

The inside is simply covered with some of the insert paper.

Our third card has a piece from the coordinating card stock to form the background, with some of the die cut pieces added - some of them with foam tape, but the largest glued directly to the background.  A sentiment die cut from the set finishes the card front.

The inside has another piece of the coordinating card stock along with a "scrap border" strip & a few of the berries fussy cut from one of the little book papers.

This is our 4th card from this set.  It makes use of the main focal piece & some of the die cut pieces added with foam tape.  This is matted on a piece of coordinating paper.  A sentiment from the "Little Book of Christmas Sentiments 2016" finishes this card front.

The inside has more of the coordinating paper cut into strips for a border.  The bird is cut from one of the "Little Book" pages and glued in place.

Can you believe we're already at card number 5 from this set!!!  This one is based on another of the "Little Book" images.  Several pieces were mounted to card stock & then fussy cut to create multiple layers on this picture.  Even the borders are cut from the picture and added with foam tape.  The whole thing is matted on a piece of embossed gold glimmer paper.  A greeting from the set finishes the card front.

The inside simply takes a smaller piece of one of the little book pages & mats it on a small piece of the embossed gold glimmer paper to form a bit of a wide border on the inside.

Can you believe it???  Yes, we got SIX cards from just half of this Robin Redbreast set!!!  This one starts with a piece of the coordinating paper.  The die cut robin is added with foam tape, as is a sentiment from the "Little Book of Essential Christmas Greetings 2016".

The inside simply has the same image cut from the insert paper.

This brings our grand total of cards from HALF the set to 12 - and we've barely started!
