Please let me hear from you!

This blog is for sharing a love of paper crafting. I love paper crafting -
and Stampin' Up! products in particular -
so much so, that I became an independent Stampin' Up!®™ demonstrator earlier this year!
Full disclosure: I get a small commission on purchases made using links from this website - but this in no way affects your price. It just serves to help support this blog. Thank you in advance for that support!

Enjoy browsing my blog, and I'd love to hear from you.
It is what helps make the time I put into this blog feel worthwhile, and always brightens my day.

A Bunch of Color Burst

Use up the background continued.  This card uses just a narrow piece of another Color Burst background. (watercolor paper with Color Burst sprinkled on it & then misted with water).

CARD FRONT:
  • Background - An orchid colored paper was topped with a strip of the Color Burst background piece.  This was matted on a black piece of card stock.  A couple of bright pink sticker strips were used to edge the background strip.
  • Focal - Using a die (Momenta) I cut out the branch from black card stock.  The bird was cut and stamped from HOTP 11 labels & trims.  I colored it with a bit of Smooch ink & mounted it with foam tape.
  • Sentiment - stamped in black ink from Matching Borders & Focals stamp set (HOTP).
