Stair Step Anniversary

Here's an anniversary card I made recently.  It's called a "4-step card" and was based on Norma's template shown here. This is a square card.  What you see above is the inside.  The "LOVE" steps were based in letters cut on my Silhouette and double matted before adhering to the card.  The rest of the decor and the sentiments are stamped with opaque white ink.  Here's the outside:

The hearts are cut with my Silhouette and layered.  The doily shaped mat is made using a multi-punch before embossing with an embossing folder.  The "Happy Anniversary" was a silver outline sticker that was colored with alcohol ink.
