This is a bit of a different card. It just sort of evolved. This card started with the little 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of bubble patterned paper that I got in a swap. With all the bubbles I immediately thought of bath time. The bathtub was cut with my Silhouette - with a pattern I found on UKScrappers website. The duckie is a stamp from Studio G that I colored with Smooch ink - (I made the orange by combining red and yellow ink - didn't have orange Smooch though I know it's available). The word "Bliss" is from the Artful Collection Stamp set from HOTP, and the "Birthday Wishes" is a stamp from Studio G. Parts of the striped background paper are flocked. I got the paper in a swap and I THINK it came from HOTP, but I'm not certain.
