Several Small Pictures?

If you have several small wallet-type pictures to go on a scrapbook page, you might try this idea: group them using a mat!

In this case, I cut out the ovals with my Silhouette (and cut corresponding yellow frames for them with it as well). If you don't have a digital craft cutter (Cricuit, Wishblade, etc.), you can draw the holes and cut them by hand, or if the mat is small enough, run it through a die cutting machine several times, moving the die each time.

Another trick you see here is that rather than cutting and gluing individual yellow letters for the title, I cut the letters out of the blue cardstock and then backed it with the yellow paper - similar effect with less work. I DID have to keep and glue the centers of the nines, but that was a lot less work.
